Rob Henderson

Robert "Bert Hendo" Henderson is a complex fellow. The man is almost a myth already and he's not even hit the end of his 3rd decade on this planet. Rob is one of the driving forces behind the Wellington City Shake-em-on-Downers. Described as one of the most "charismatic, cataclysmic and wacky" bands around, Bert is no different himself and prides himself on bringing a performance like no other every time you see him.

On a serious note, Rob is a skillful bass player and can be seen around Wellington performing in many groups and has performed all around New Zealand at many festivals & Jazz Clubs too. He is a graduate of the NZSM's Jazz Performance program.
